Once you make up your mind and advance with successful payment confirmation, we process the order within 48 hours and ship it to you. All foreign sales are performed with full insurance. All orders exceeding USD 1000, are delivered by Spinel House Limited via FedEx, DHL. You can write to us in advance to arrange for express service (with additional shipping fee), for orders below USD 1000 as well. You will receive an update with tracking details upon completed dispatch. Kindly feel free to reach your local postal service to track the shipment with the respective logistics later, or write to us to check the approximate delivery interval anytime.
Your orders are handled everyday of the week, excluding Saturday, Sunday & national holidays. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be informed. In such circumstances, we kindly ask for up to three weeks to complete the order.
We take pride in the quality of our products and aspire to maintain high customer satisfaction, thus, we are positive that you are going to love your purchases. However, should this not be the case and should you wish to return or exchange your order, you have nothing to worry about as we take returns within two weeks with no questions asked!. To avoid inconvenience please email us beforehand and the return label will be sent via email.
Upon confirmation of possible return or exchange, the item would be returnable within 14 days on condition that the purchased item is in new condition, unused, unworn, unmounted… and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted. Please note that handling charges are subject to individual cases based on the area of delivery. To ensure a smooth return, please check with us in advance regarding the logistic details.
Spinel House Limited. reserves the right to charge restocking fee inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us. Upon agreement, we will issue a refund of the full amount of your purchase to you, less any original shipping and handling charges previously applied. Our return policy is in accordance to the law, You are liable for the inbound return shipment charges, duty, and taxes as well. For tracking purposes, we recommend shipping returned merchandise via an insured. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. In the case of the original certificate of the purchase not being returned, the customer is liable for an additional 300 USD fee, deducted from the amount being refunded. Furthermore, please note that bespoke items or special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
In some instances, it is possible for you to return an item to us with 100% refund and no charges at all.
